Drop the Fear & Shatter Your Comfort Zone!

Updated: Jul 31

I get it, during the covid era we became accustomed to our most comfortable couch-wear. But its time drop the fear, break free of your comfort zone and get back to showing up as your brightest, most present self!

WHAT ARE YOU SO AFRAID OF?

Remember when we were kids and we’d say things to our girl friends like “wear a skirt with me tomorrow” or as adults how we say things like “well what are you wearing to the party👀”. We all just want to be seen as normal, accepted and “part of the tribe”. But where has that ever really gotten you?

This boils down to fear.

Fear of being seen.

Fear of being judged.

Fear of being rejected.

Just for standing out.

What if I told you there’s away out of all this fear?

The only way out, is through. I work with my clients to hold space for these major transformations from the inside out. Together we:

  1. Discover who you truly want to be & all the negative self talk holding you back

  2. Use personalized tools to foster self acceptance within you

  3. Harness your true natural beauty through color analysis & closet editing

  4. Solidify your revitalized self with daily affirmations, journal prompts & recommended reading.

  5. Create a sense of true self worth.

  6. Create a curated wardrobe authentic to YOU + a look book PDF with all your personalized style guidance.

How can you expect to call in your dream career, relationship, or social life if you’re too afraid to even let anyone see the real you?

Before its too late, take a little inventory and ask yourself if you’ve been showing up as your best version of yourself. Think about your dream woman version of yourself…does she get dressed everyday…does she wear makeup that makes her feel fresh and vibrant…does she invest in herself daily because she knows she deserves it? Probably, yes.

I’M HERE TO HOLD SPACE FOR YOU.

If any of this strikes a cord with you check out my virtual and in-person packages for building confidence and dressing like the women you were meant to be.
